Responsibilities:
- Conduct on going Asset Management practices of the hotel (P&L Review ,monitoring of guest satisfaction scores ,QA Inspection reviews ,STAR Report analysis
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree is required ,a Master's Degree in Business Administration or Hotel Administration from an accredited university is preffered
- Minimum of five years hotel experience in the capacity of general manager or above preferably, with Hilton or Marriott or Hyatt.
- Multi -unit operation /supervision experience recommended
- Emphasis on sales /revenue management background with solid understanding of the Smith Travel Report
- Strong analytical skills -ability to gather data and make sound recommendations for strategic actions to be taken
- Solid understanding of basic "cost control " practices ,including application of Flow /Flex philosophy
- Emphasis on Food Beverage operations including restaurant and banquet
- Knowledge of market ,feasibility analysis and financial structures is a must
- Possess superior communication skills, both oral and written .Candidate must have the ability to organize and effectively implement asset management procedures , as well as have the ability to reconcile perspectives and priorities associated with hotel ownership , hotel operations and brand position
- Self -motivated ,well organized , goal orientated and results driven professional who leads by example
- Positive ,creative innovative approach to problem solving and the ability to exercise good judgment and discretion
- Ability to interface with legal,finance ,construction and development professionals at all levels
- Ability to multi - task and meet deadlines
